In his creations, there is a little beautiful traditional French cuisine, a hint of nature, a touch of local fare, some moving memories, a desire for sharing and renewal, a pinch of Ardèche, of course, … and a lot of passion.

What inspires him are journeys, meetings with people from here and elsewhere, discussions with other master chefs and everyone who enjoys cooking, beautiful produce, books… honest gluttony and an irresistible need to live life and food to the full...
